“Tickmill’s NFP Machine Contest” (hereby referred to as “Contest”) is available only to new and existing clients of Tickmill Ltd, (FSA regulated), who have a live trading account (hereby referred to as “Participants”).

The Contest started on May 30, 2016, at 00:00 (MT4/MT5 server time) and has no set end date, unless Tickmill determines otherwise.

The Contest takes place on the Woobox platform and is announced on Tickmill’s official Facebook page during the first week of every month.

Participants must predict the price of a specified instrument on Tickmill’s MT4/MT5 platform exactly 30 minutes after the Non-Farm Payroll (NFP) report release at 16:00 MT4/MT5 server time. The chosen instrument for each month will be announced on Tickmill’s official Facebook page.

Participants must submit their prediction and email address used when registering with Tickmill on the Woobox platform by Friday 15:00 MT4/MT5 server time during the week of the NFP report release.

Only one prediction per participant is allowed. If multiple predictions are submitted, only the latest one will be considered.

The participant(s) who guess the exact price of the specified instrument will receive a $500 cash prize credited to their wallet.

If no participant guesses the exact price, the 3 participants with the closest predictions will receive the following cash prizes credited to their wallets:

1st place: $250

2nd place: $150

3rd place: $100

If there is more than one participant with the same closest prediction for any position, the prize will be awarded to the participant who submitted their prediction first.

A participant can only win a cash prize once for the entire Contest and is not eligible to win in any future months but may continue to participate every month. In case a participant wins a second or more times during the contest, the participant(s) with the next closest prediction will be entitled to win the applicable cash prize if they are eligible.

The winners are announced by 17:30 MT4/MT5 server time on the first Friday of each month on Tickmill’s official Facebook page.

The top prize winner of each month (either the $500 or the $250 winner, if no one guesses the exact price) agrees that their first name will be posted on the ‘Hall of Fame’ on the Contest’s page.

The winners will be contacted via the email used to register with Tickmill within 3 calendar days from the date of the winner announcement.

The prize is credited to the winners’ wallets as a withdrawable bonus.

To withdraw the prize, a winner must trade at least 1 standard lot for every $3 of the prize. Only trading volume in currency pairs, metals, BTCUSD, US30, USTEC and DE40 are accounted for to calculate the trading volume for the NFP Campaign while all other CFDs are excluded.

• Due to the 1 lot notional value of US30, DE40 and USTEC, only 0.25 of 1 lot positions are counted.

• For example, if a client has traded 1 lot of BTCUSD, 3 lots of EURUSD, 0.5 lots of Gold, 15 lots of US30, then it would be calculated the following way: 1+3+0.5+15*(0.25) =8.25 lots

Prize transfers between different currency wallets are not allowed.

If, in the past, a winner has won multiple times and received multiple bonuses in one wallet, then the lot requirements for all received prizes must be met.

Winners are eligible to receive the prizes only in their own wallets.

Participants agree that the information provided during and after the Contest registration can be used by Tickmill both in the context of the Contest and for other marketing purposes.

Employees of Tickmill, their families, and dependents are not permitted to participate in the Contest.

The language of the present Terms and Conditions is English. Tickmill may provide the Terms and Conditions in any other language than English. The translated version of the Terms and Conditions is for information purposes only and is not legally binding. If there is any conflict or inconsistency between the English and the translated version of the Terms and Conditions, the English shall be the governing and prevailing version.

Tickmill reserves the right to disqualify any participant and/or to reject granting a prize if it has grounds to believe that it will be used against its rules and policies, or if there is any misuse of the Terms and Conditions and/or those applicable to Tickmill’s Client Service Agreement.

Tickmill reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions of the Contest and/or postpone, suspend, or terminate the Contest at any time, without prior notice and without liability to participants.
